The Fan. Hand-printed clutch. Collection created exclusively for the museum, inspired by The Bathers, a 1912 work by Max Pechstein.

The pieces that make up this collection, developed exclusively for the museum, stem from an exercise in interpreting The Bathers, a painting by Max Pechstein from 1912, which is now part of the Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection.

The project is structured around the creation of a print that establishes connections with the painting. In this case, the focus has been on reinterpreting the fan featured at the center of the artwork, starting with a geometric design complemented by elements characteristic of my work. The colors are drawn from the original painting, with the addition of gold tones that are commonly present in all my creations.
