PAYMENT METHODS. PayPal is our default payment method. Even if you are not a registered user, you can also pay through the PayPal platform by using your own credit card, and without creating an account. Paying through the PayPal gateway is totally safe and confidential.
If you prefer cash on delivery, just write an email at email@example.com and we will send your order as soon as possible.
DELIVERY TERMS. All the pieces available on this website are unique, hand-printed one by one. Due to its handcrafted and artistic process, if the piece you like is not available, we will start producing it immediately and you will receive it within the next 20 days.
- PENINSULAR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL. Orders sent to peninsular Spain and Portugal are free of freight charges. If the piece is available with us, it will only take between 24 to 48 hours to reach you (or to reach whoever you want).
- BALEARES & CANARIAS. Parcels sent to Baleares or Islas Canarias have an extra cost, you will see this amount on your cart before checking out. These orders are expected to be delivered between 24 to 72 hours.
- REST OF EUROPE. Parcels sent to any European country have an extra cost, you will see this amount on your cart before checking out. These orders are expected to be delivered between 7 to 10 days.
RETURN POLICY. Items shipped by federicoantelo.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. The piece must be sent back to us in its original packaging at the same conditions you have received it. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
